Absolutely. The theoretical and practical training is designed to give you all the necessary basics. Even without experience, you can learn and progress quickly.
4: How long does the training take before starting to work?
The theoretical training can be completed in a few hours depending on your pace. Then, you will take a comprehension test. Once passed, you will access 5 hours of paid practical training. From that stage, you are ready to work on real campaigns. (your practical training is considered your first day of work).
5: How much will I be paid?
You benefit from a guaranteed fixed hourly rate, plus performance bonuses based on your results. The more qualified your appointments, the higher your income.
6: What is the minimum number of hours per week?
We require a minimum of 20 hours per week to remain active in the company. However, you can organize your schedule according to your availability.
7: Can I work from anywhere?
Yes. As long as you have a computer, a quality headset, and a quiet place, you can work from anywhere in the world.
8: Am I an employee or a freelancer?
You will be a freelancer certified by Blue Appointment. You benefit from freedom in your organization, while having access to professional support, tools, and paid campaigns.
9: Will I receive support if I have difficulties?
Of course. You have access to a resource person every weekday, to the private Discord group,
as well as to coaching sessions and monthly performance follow-ups.

If your interview is not successful, you will not be able to retake it. We only select candidates who demonstrate motivation, seriousness, and professionalism from their first interview.
12: How does the job interview work?
You will have two options directly available on the Careers site: you will take your interview via a pre-recorded interview platform. This allows us to evaluate all candidates fairly, according to the same criteria.
13: Is the practical training paid?
Yes. The 5-hour practical training with an experienced trainer is paid. This training is only accessible if you have completed the theoretical course and obtained at least 80% on your comprehension test
14: Why is it mandatory to pass the comprehension test with at least 80%?
This test is essential, as it allows us to ensure that you have properly followed and assimilated the theoretical course. During practical training, you will be making calls with real clients. It is therefore indispensable that you master the information perfectly, in order to protect the company’s reputation and that of our clients whom you represent.
15: Is the license refundable?
Yes, the license is refundable only if the theoretical course has not yet started. Once you have begun the training, no refund is possible.
16: What happens if I don’t pass my comprehension test?
No worries. You will have several options to continue working with us. It is possible to take a catch-up session of your theoretical course and retake the comprehension test. This catch-up session is paid, but it is 100% refundable if you fail the test a second time. There are also many other solutions that will be offered to you.
17: How do payments work?
During your training, you will be asked to provide your banking information in order to set up your payments. Payments are made by direct deposit in USD, every two weeks. This guarantees you a fast, secure, and reliable payment method, no matter where you are in the world.
